Laburpena
The research presented is linking with local government planning, sports management and operation of public policy. It aims to know the perceptions of community members perceptions of the management of the services offered by the Local Administration (especially the sport ones), and to contribute to alternatives for change, in order to improve from an educational perspective in Human Kinetics. Presented as a case study, it's a descriptive and interpretive analysis which uses a qualitative methodology, where the interview in depth is presented as the main tool for obtaining data. Results are synthesized in agents to speak more in the form of understanding the environment, municipal, sport, associations (critics) that actual proposals for improvement and change. As main conclusions say that local sport must steer clear of trends like sport repetition and be more focused on peoples' own motor functions and developing a sport alternative.
