Abstract

Introduction: At present, the levels of sedentary lifestyle of the population are higher, increasing exponentially in the youngest population so that in the educational level the area of Physical Education can play an important role to reverse this situation. Therefore, Physical Activities in a Natural Environment are a content which enrich and motivate students as many authors claim. There are just a few teachers who put these activities into practice despite the multiple benefits that have on the formation and development of the students. Objectives: The aim of this work is to introduce the benefits of the AFMN and the conduct of a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the evolution as well as the changes that the AFMN have had throughout the educational laws; LOGSE (1990), LOE (2006) and LOMCE (2013) in the curriculum of Primary and Secondary Education. Methodology: In doing so, a revision of the legislative texts corresponding to the last national educational norms for secondary and primary school, were laws or decrees. Results: The obtained results indicate that the AFMN have undergone several modifications and involved differently throughout the educational laws and stages; by having a more or less significant presence depending on the educational law or stage. Closure: However, in all there is something in common: the weak presence and importance they have and have had in the curriculum of Primary and Secondary Education.
