Conceptualización de los efectos de las variables generadoras de confianza sobre el nivel de integración vertical

Resumo

The decision of integrating an activity is an aspect that will condition the future organizational competitiveness. In this sense, it is more important the harmony among the form of governance and the organizational characteristics, than the election of a certain form. In this work, we analyze the mentioned decision using the organizational trust as main causing variable. With the base of de scientific literature, we have defined three factors that enhance the trust: the frequency, the information and the safeguards; consequently, they will be the main determinants of the integration of an activity through the trust. Finally, we think that it will be convenient to complete the model with the direct effects of these factors on the level of vertical integration.
