Résumé
This chapter analyzes the main features of the special administrative remedy designed by the Spanish legislator to transpose the Remedies Directives. After presenting the main data about how this mechanism has worked in its five years of existence, we focus attention in the principal strengths of the system and underline some elements whose reform would contribute to improve it.
