Resum

Antecedents: Continuous evaluation presents many legal problems. For instance, when the students can not assume the evaluation process or when they do not want to assume this method. The principal aim of this article is to determine whether or not the students have the right to do a final exam in order to obtain a 100% of the mark. Methodology: periodical meetings with the teachers. To analyze the acts and the academic regulations. Outcome: I have observed many loopholes in the legal framework of the EEES. Conclusions: (1) Continuous evaluation presents many legal problems. (2) Final exam is justified in order to solve those legal problems. (3) It is the way to respect the students‘ rights.
