O papel da empregabilidade na satisfacción laboral dos traballadores temporais

En este trabajo se contrasta empíricamente en qué medida la falta de estabilidad en el empleo impacta negativamente sobre la satisfacción laboral de un trabajador y cómo este impacto puede ser mitigado con medidas orientadas a mejorar la empleabilidad de los trabajadores. A través de los datos de la ¿Encuesta de Calidad de Vida en el Trabajo¿, realizada por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Asuntos Sociales en el año 2001, se muestra evidencia empírica de que contribuyendo a enriquecer el capital humano de los empleados y, por lo tanto, mejorando su empleabilidad, éstos pueden llegar a sentirse más satisfechos con su trabajo, lo que repercutirá positivamente en la realización de sus funciones dentro de la empresa.
