Abstract

The political 'ndoctrination, the socialization in the values that incarnate in the new political regime left the evil war will be one of the functions that are assigned to the Spanish prisons of post-war period. In order to obtain it will start up different mechanisms between which it emphasizes the Weekly Redención and books published by the publishing house from the same name, specifically directed to the prisoners. We made here a brief approach to the beginning of this journalistic project, taking like example its development in the Provincial Prison from Ourense and to the goal pursueds with the same one, that is to say, the ideological propaganda and contents that through their pages it is tried that they are assimilated by the inmates
