Abstract
The legal regulation of the mining sites in Gallaecia has not been preserved, so that through the comparative method, and particularly the bronzes Vipasca, rebuild the legal space to carry out extractions Mineraria in the provincial territory. In addition, we refer to the essential principles of Private Law regarding law of mines and quarries, from the general principle which states that the domain of land lying to the basement, and recognized boundaries with respect to that domain.
