Métodos de resolución extrajudicial de conflictos en las sociedades cooperativas de Galicia

Zusammenfassung

On October 14th, 2004 the Autonomous Community of Galicia passed the 248/2004 Decree regulating proceedings of conciliation and cooperation in the field of cooperatives. Although this enactment took place four years ago, the truth is only now its imminent practical application seems to be a reality. In effect, the recent consultations made by the Consello Galego de Cooperativas with a view to making up a register with people ready to act as conciliators or arbitrators, allows to envisage a happy ending to this enduring process. Taking into account such circumstances, the article critically analizes the regulation of alternative means of dispute resolution in the Galician cooperatives context, with a special reference to conciliation and arbitration
