Abstract
In this article we make a journey from the beginnings of the Roman conquest, with the consequent division and the provincial administration of the same -focussing on the original meaning of provincia- up to the consolidation of our territory within the Roman Empíre, and the emergence of first cives, inhabitants of Hispania they get the privilege of access to Roman citizenship.
