Situación de los recursos humanos de actividad física y deporte en las instalaciones turísticas, residenciales y naturales en España

Abstract

The study of the current status of human resources functions involved in physical activity and sport in Spain represents a field of scientific and social interest that needs to be investigated. To this end, this study uses a quantitative methodology is descriptive cutting the procedures of the survey. This survey was applied to a sample of people working in developing physical activity features and sport in tourist facilities, natural residential and nationwide. The results describe people who work in physical and sports functions these facilities are mostly young men who develop a wide variety of functions, work situations where there is no contract and where the most important are the contacts to find work and personal skills . It is also noted that about half of these people maintain a working week with the contracting entity not exceeding four years and almost half have no formal qualifications in sport and physical activity.
