Abstract

The decision of the Constitutional Court of 16th July 2014 did not settle the controversy about the reasonableness and justification of the one-year testing period of the indefinite contract to support entrepreneurs. Despite its support, because of its configuration, we could think that this contract is closer to a temporary contract without cause and without compensation, and not a real testing period.
