Resumen
Human Health and Sexual Health depend basically on the people behaviours. These are liable to be trained and this is how Education for Health and Sexuality makes sense. Being the personal factors (Selfesteem, Self-efficacy, Locus of Control, Social Skills, Empathy, Friendship Relationships, Decision Making, Problem Solving...) one of the main determinants of behaviour, when educating, those are the targets to be trained, seeking for Risk Prevention, Health Promotion and Health Recovery. Always, considering the developmental stage of the client. These personality variables will be worked through the film Virtual Sexuality.
