Abstract
In this paper a general vision of diversity is offered, relating it to physical activity and to sport, in the last few years in five fundamental areas: physical diseases, social maladjustment, senior citizens, mental disease, and physical, psychic or sensorial deficiency. The conclusions are as follows: the practice of controlled sport and physical activities is considered a beneficial element when we refer to diversity. Climate is located and like it can contribute to get the satisfaction in the work.
