Abstract

The present study intends to analyze, in light of the modifications introduced by Laws 8/2015, of July 22 and Law 26/2015, of July 28, of modification of the protection system for children and adolescents, the always problematic application of the principle of family reintegration. The regulation of legal criteria that should preside over the adoption of decisions in this area is significant and novel. However, it do not seem to be enough to eliminate the conflicts arising from its determination
