Abstract
Labour reforms in recent years have led to increased unilateral power of companies. Business groups have played a major role both because of their joint liability, but also for the mandatory information and consultation process that results in accompanying measures. Judicial activity in this field not only entailed the disappearance of prior administrative approval, but also focused on clearing up the concept of these production units and the effects of their role as a group at the work environment, especially when it comes to assessing whether the information and negotiation procedure has been developed under due legal guarantees and establish their effects, like the declaration of invalidity if it’s not the case.
