Professional athletes have a series of employment rights typical of special labor relations, such as the requirement of a formalized written contract. This fact does not mean that an oral contract is not valid. In case of an unfair dismissal they will also have the right to a salary compensation of at least two months of their regular monthly pay, that in the absence of an agreement will be established through Court.
