This paper provides an analysis of the amendments introduced by Law 15/2015, of Voluntary Jurisdiction of 2nd July, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of article 756 CC, which regulate the causes of unworthiness to inherit. It is worth noting that legislative changes seek to reform this legal institution and its adaption to the new social reality. Therefore, the legislators have included new instances causing to be debarred from succession and have proceed to the revision and legal update of the text.
