Resumo
The central scope of this work is the type of the legal relationship that links riders with the entity that owns the digital platform through which they provide services. However, the methodology followed for its elaboration will be different than the traditional ones. The study and its conclusions will be based on the proven facts from the court judgments issued to date in Spain and not on their legal arguments. This study will be based on a concrete platform: Glovo. *
