Resumo

The detection of microseisms due to the movement along fault planes during an artificial filling is not a trivial or easy process. In this work, a new methodology for the detection of possible microseisms produced by the filling of a restored mine hole is presented, based on the data registered by three seismographs set in different parts of the area. To accomplish this detection, it is necessary to preprocess the signals and do a postprocess, with the aim of isolating the possible events which could be classed as microseisms. The methodology developed here allows the detection of possible microseisms in the zone of influence, distinguishing in a correct way if the registered movements correspond to seisms produced in the studied area. Thanks to the obtained results, it can be concluded that the methodology is effective in its purpose
