Zusammenfassung

The article addresses the detailed study of the regulation in Law 1/2019, of April 22, on rehabilitation and urban regeneration and renovation of Galicia. Special attention is paid to the novelties contained in the regulation, also with a critical assessment of them. The objective is to show that the inevitable connection with state and regional urban planning regulations gives rise, on not few occasions, not only to reiterartion but also to regulatory disagreement.
