Abstract
In this work we propose to analyze the behavior of the Provincial Audience of Ourense in relation to women. We briefly review the evolution of the regulations issued in the early forties and that have as essential recipients to women, as well as the two criminal codes in force during the period studied. The core of the work is to analyze the application that the court makes of these regulations, to know their internal functioning; An essentially statistical analysis.
