Zusammenfassung

The objective of the thesis is to develop a study of how the National Commission of the Markets and the Competition controls and supervises the application by the public Administrations Principle of unit of market after the approval of the Act 20/2013, of 9 December, of guarantee of the market unity. Thus, it will study which are the mechanisms, processes and procedures, both judicial and administrative, for the guarantee, protection and defence of the market unity, examined the functions that the National Commission of the Market and of the Competition has attributed in this matter.
