Abstract
The conclusions and reflections drawn from the II International Congress on Cannabis and its derivatives are presented: health, education and law. The 27 papers were presented by professionals and researchers of recognized prestige. The speakers expressed concern about the banalization of cannabis use presented by the general population and adolescents and young people in particular. They highlighted the damages caused by consumption both at the level of physical health and the possible damages at the psychiatric level. They emphasized that there is no therapeutic cannabis use nor is there recreational use without risks; There is a medicinal use of some cannabinoids to alleviate the symptoms of four diseases and to consume cannabis (in any of its variants) always involves a risk, even if consumed in places or situations of leisure and fun
