Abstract

A review of the literature regarding the evolution of the modeling of the supply chain in the e-grocery industry (online channel of supermarkets) will be carried out. Then, the type of modeling that best suits will be selected, as well as the appropriate mathematical language. Subsequently, different strategic and logistic models of the online market will be analyzed. The most critical processes to be studied will be defined (for example, transport, picking ...). These processes will be modeled and simulated through MPL (Mathematical Programming Language) to optimize the different aspects of the supply chain in e-grocery.
