La ordenación del territorio en Galicia

Resumo

This study undertakes the detailed study of Law 1/2021, of January 8, on the planning of the territory of Galicia, and makes a critical assessment of the main developments contained in it with respect to the previous regulations. Thus, it will be observed that, in light of mainly the policy on territorial development in the European Union, the Galician legislator bases the regulation of territorial planning on a number of principles and objectives that must rule it and on the fundamental axes around which it must pivot. In consequence, it provides a novel programmatic component. In addition, the norm introduces significant changes affecting the development of territorial planning, with a detailed regulation of the Projects of Regional Interest (Proyectos de Interés Autonómico) and makes an important effort in the procedural simplification of its administration.
