Resumo

Open education is a reality and day by day it is gaining more followers among the scientific community and all researchers. Several steps have already been taken to universalize the right to quality education, but they are not enough and this universalization must be extended to secondary education. The objective of the OER is to bring content to students, teachers and researchers through the powerful Internet communication network but with a control based on copyright licenses. This paper shows an experience carried out within the European UP2U project where several pilots have received basic training of the tools and the common platform(learn.up2university.eu). Specifically, the Spanish pilot has created an OER (Open Educational Resource) course with the intention of improving awareness of the use of licenses as well as identifying them to support into:The creationThe useReuseRemixDiffusionKnowledge sharingOf course all these actions with the clear intention of being key to know and spread new learning processes and methodologies in both formal and informal education. The benefits of the open community are focus on sharing and comparing content and research carried out by members of the scientific community, especially those who share areas or topic. The online training across the different available platforms is an excellent opportunity of spread the results and the knowledge between the members of the educational community. That is also an strategy very useful for the centers in order to improve and disseminate the results related to methodology and new uses of technology. In turn, the institutions know about the opportunity of having this training available for free because it directly affects them in the way of:- More visits to offer online training- Best reputation for being current and innovative content.- More students as future members of their community.- Major impactTo achieve this purpose, this paper shows the experience carried out in a European UP2U project in which Uvigo is a partner together with 18 other partners. This in turn has been part of one of the deliverables of package 6 where publicizing the OER was framed as a vital strategy to encourage teachers to create new content. Even as a way to offer security when reusing other existing content in the giant web resource. Internet. The document presents and discusses the strategy carried out in this training by using the gamification methodology and integrating it into a platform that offers interactive tools that promote and motivate the continuous creation of new content. The correct understanding of all the terms within this training offers security and confidence to find yourself in a comfortable environment where you can unleash your imagination and provide a carefree environment for possible legal infringements of plagiarism.
