Resumo

Context: A pattern is a model that allows the reuse of a successful solution for the same problem in different contexts. Objective: In this work, Scenario Patterns are incorporated to describe functional requirements in the information system Conceptual Model. Methods: A practical case is developed on a citizen questions management software implemented in a social security Public Organism. Results: The incorporation of patterns in the Conceptual Modeling phase has a positive impact on the performance metrics of the software. Conclusions: It is feasible to use Scenario Patterns to describe modeling requirements and increase the quality level of public software. The patterns described in this paper are part of a patterns catalog in a research that aims to define an analysis model for the application of Patterns in the Electronic Government systems Conceptual Modeling.
