Resumo

Currently, the construction industry has found a way to improve its competitiveness inLean Construction, particularly in its Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) tool. The IPD methodology is based on collaboration between all the participants in a project and seeks to identify and eliminate waste in all construction activities. Motivated by IPD’s potential, this paper systematically reviews the literature in order to structure concepts linked to the approach. As a result of this review, the authors develop a framework and reveal a series of gaps that could be used to define a path forward for future research work.
