Resumo

In recent literature, health and safety atwork has been gaining importance, both by legal and ethical points of view. In this presented case study, the focus is on improving knowledge and skills of employees to successfully identify and avoid H&S hazards in their work environment. In order to achieve the proposed objective, an action research methodology is used. Following this approach, audiovisual documentation is created with the aim of carrying out training sessions for employees. The results obtained in this paper contribute to the knowledge in the area of occupational health and safety management, paving the way for further research on these topics.
