The main objective of this doctoral thesis focuses on the development of methodologies for the rapid, sensitive and simultaneous detection of various biomarkers. The ultimate purpose of this purpose is to facilitate and accelerate the prevention and / or diagnosis of diseases. For this, the lateral flow immunoassay technique, LFIA, combined with SERS tags (Surface-enhanced Raman scattering) will be used. This work can be divided into different objectives: 1. Synthesis and characterization of metal nanoparticles of various metals, such as gold and / or silver, with control of both size and morphology. 2. Manufacturing of SERS tags by coding the nanoparticles previously synthesized with active molecules in Raman as well as with biomolecules of interest. 3. Design, manufacture and validation of an LFIA device for sensitive and simultaneous detection of various analytes using SERS tags
