Resumen

El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática es identificar y analizar la fiabilidad y la validez de los cuestionarios que se han diseñado con el objetivo de evaluar la aptitud física (AF) autopercibida en la infancia y la adolescencia. Se han examinado de manera sistemática tres bases de datos electrónicas (MEDLINE/PubMed, SPORTDiscuss y Scopus) desde sus comienzos hasta marzo de 2022. En ellas se encontraron nueve cuestionarios. La validez concurrente se obtuvo mayoritariamente al correlacionarse las preguntas de los cuestionarios con las pruebas de campo de AF, y se obtuvieron asociaciones de leves a moderadas. Fundamentalmente, se evaluó la validez interna mediante el análisis factorial. La fiabilidad test-retest se indicó en dos cuestionarios y se observaron valores altos. Existen varios cuestionarios validados sobre la AF autopercibida en la infancia y la adolescencia con propiedades psicométricas que oscilan entre regulares y moderadas. Solamente en los cuestionarios SPHQ-C y IFIS obtuvieron valores aceptables de validez, fiabilidad y consistencia interna.
