Abstract
Antonio Negri departs from a marxist theoretical conception tinted with a political experience realized in the 60s and 70s in Italy, years that were known by the nickname of "Italian Laboratory", and that they gave place to collective experiences as the Autonomia operaia or the Potere operaio. Its theory says that the autovalorization from the multitudes could be make disappear the " law of the value " manage in the capitalist State. To give an alternative to the reign of the surplus value, which was taking as consequence the division of classes. Thus there was looked a possibility of action that was fighting against the poverty and was damaging to the partisan division of classes realized in the capitalism, in the restructuring that this one realizes at the end of the 60 and that is called by Negri real subsumption of society in capital, an alternative to finish with the inequality.
