Abstract
The most vivid proof of the international community’s commitment to the advan-cement of human rights as well as to an economic development deeply rooted in social welfare is, indeed, the birth of Disability Rights Law. The ultimate purpose of this study is to delve deeper into the conceptualization of disability, with a spe-cial focus on adaptation, and to promote the inclusion and effective protection of this group.
