Resumo

Este trabalho apresenta os desafios relacionados com a segurançae a privacidade de dados pessoais no contexto do e-Governo . O e-Governo é autilização das tecnologias da informação e comunicação para melhorar a eficiência,acessibilidade, e transparência dos serviços públicos, permitindo que os cidadãose empresas possam interagir com o governo de uma forma mais fácil e rápida,sem precisar se deslocarem fisicamente. Apesar do e-Governo oferecer muitosbenefícios, ha que ter em atenção os desafios relacionados com a segurança eprivacidade dos dados pessoais. É fundamental que os governos implementemmedidas de segurança robustas e atualizadas, e que sejam transparentes sobrecomo recolhem, armazenam e partilham as informações pessoais. Neste contextoa regulamentação e a fiscalização são fundamentais para garantir que os governose as empresas que lidam com dados pessoais cumpram as leis e os regulamentosaplicáveis
