Abstract
This article presents the results of an empirical study conducted in 29 of the 33 Health Resorts nationally certified with the mark "Q for Tourist Quality" in 2010. The aim is to determine the level of implementation or degree of maturity of critical factors of quality in the spas in the face to determine a subsequent series of strengths and areas for improvement of Total Quality Management. The methodology of work is a descriptive analysis that allows us to analyze the level of implementation of the critical factors and the application of exploratory factor analysis to validate the scale. The results indicate the critical factors discussed in Spanish health resorts deployment have a degree greater than 77%.
