Resumen

In this thesis, two selective multiple C–C bond functionalization strategies have been investigated. In the first part, a copper-catalysed carboarylation/cyclization of alkynyl phosphonates with diaryliodonium salts has been developed giving access to five and six membered ring cyclic enol phosphonates bearing tetrasubstituted double bonds in high yields under mild conditions. In the second part, a copper-catalysed tricomponent reaction between allenes, hydroxylamine esters and bis(pinacolato)diboron has been explored for the regio-, chemo- and diastereoselective synthesis of α- and β-aminoalkenylboronates in good yields.
