The principal aim of this article is to determine whether or not the students have the right to do a final exam in order to obtain a 100% of the mark. Methodology: periodical meetings with the teachers. To analyze the acts and the academic regulations. Outcome: I have observed many loopholes in the legal framework of the EEES. Conclusions: (1) Continuous evaluation presents many legal problems. (2) Final exam is justified in order to solve those legal problems. (3) It is the way to respect the students‘ rights.
