Resumen

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication of the University of Vigo opened in the course 1994-95, in a precarious condition for human resources and facilities. This initial situation did not impede the settlement of the basis for modern and competitives studies. The current Plan of Studies of Advertising and Public Relations, developed from the course 2000-01, tries to make flexible the training of the pupil, to adaptate it to the new European challeges. The studies, one of the most demanded in the Galician university system, offers to the pupils a good employment level in the more than seventy Galician companies with an agreement of collaboration
