Abstract

Tangier is a city recovering from its lethargy result of a long institutional marginalization economic, political and social. All productive sectors of the city have known in the past decade satisfactory growth. In particular, the hotel sector contributes to the wealth of the city. The fieldwork of this research work focuses on the hotel industry Tangier and more precisely to the most important institutions hotel in the city. The aim of this article is to process all the notes obtained through the Theory of Constraints Goldratt and create a tree of the current reality as Dettmer that allows us to understand the main challenges the hotel industry faces Tangier
