Abstract

Technological revolution and the effects of productive decentralization have had a direct impact on the labor market. Automation has undoubtedly been one of the main manifestations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the transformation of labor relations has been unstoppable. In this context, self-employment faces great challenges, to adapt to new ways of providing services and being truly competitive in the market. However, this market is flexible and can lead to situations of discrimination that must be eradicated
