Resumo
Information and communication technologies are tools for the exercise, at the end of the working day and remotely, of the managerial power of business which allow working at anytime from anywhere. In this context, of confusion and overlapping of life and work times, the effectiveness of the tools devised by the internal legislator for the containment of working time and the safeguarding of rest time is analyzed
