Abstract
This research investigates the different realities between women and men in terms of demographic characteristics and how these have a differentiated influence on the triggering of stress. A prospective longitudinal study has been carried out with a sample of 264 students (41.8% women) of the physiotherapy degree. Stress symptoms were evaluated by means of the Stress Response Subscale (SRS). The results indicate that Combining studies and work and presenting Other obligations besides the study are the most influential variables, proving to be stress facilitators for women and stress protectors for men.
