Abstract
A production data processing system called SimulPLANT is presented in this work, in order to calculate dynamically SPC parameters called Ppk by using a combined standard deviation. The processed data is sent from a data gateway to a server in a warm data-flow. The goal is to analyze and compare these parameters with other KPI parameters of the corporation, and therefore find correlations between the adoption of the new OT technologies integrated in the Industry 4.0 paradigm and the operating results of the organization.
