Résumé

Educational advice has been presented as an element of improvement for the centers and a tool to support them in their work to develop their potential with excellence. With the idea of highlighting the relevance of this issue in the educational field, a systematized review of literature has been carried out in order to explore, analyze and expose the scientific research that has been developed around advice and how it is translated through its process. To this end, they will realize the objectives set out by a qualitative methodology where inductive analysis through the informed theory will be the basis for the realization of this article. Finally, they realize the findings highlighting the quality educationalresponse of establishing counselling plans in schools
