«España no ha cambiado, hemos cambiado nosotros»:el retorno de la reciente emigración andaluza

Resumo

Dans un cadre de libre circulation, les migrations intra-européennes de jeunes diplômés sont caractérisées comme non définitives. De même, le retour au pays d’origine peut lui aussi ne pas être durable. L’objectif de cet article est d’étudier le retour international au pays en tant que processus dynamique à partir de l’analyse de l’émigration andalouse récente. Cette recherche, qualitative, est construite à partir d’entretiens menés avec de jeunes Andalous récemment émigrés au Royaume Uni et en France. Les résultats révèlent que la décision du retour est fondée sur de multiples facteurs de nature personnelle, même si avoir un emploi garanti en Espagne reste essentiel. La décision des jeunes ne s’appuie pas sur le constat de l’amélioration de la situation économique et sociale de l’Espagne mais plutôt parce qu’ils ont acquis une plus grande expérience professionnelle, des connaissances linguistiques et une plus grande assurance. Par ailleurs, ils n’excluent pas une nouvelle mobilité.
