Abstract

The objetive of this study is to evaluate the relation between previous knowledgeof mistakes in the learning and performance of one gymnastic skill and their influence in some cate-gories of feedback. Were tested 45 subjets of both sexes, (21 men and 24 women) aged between 19 and 22. Theresults showed the importance of previous knowledge of mistakes in the learning of one gymnasticskill of Aerobic Sport together with a continuous and circular organizational method based on mini-circuits, since it promotes individual, afecctive and prescriptive feedback, important ingredients forefficient training.
