Abstract
Business Intelligence is a concept related to the organizational capacity of interact in a proactive manner with the environment in a proactive manner. This implies the access to information sources that are relevant for business management and the information process to achieve capacities that facilitate an anticipative management. In this paper we will analyze the importance of business simulation techniques in this context, which is derived from its capacity to structure the information in a coherent business model used to interact with it previously to decision making.
