Laburpena

An experiment carried out in classrooms of Pre–service Teacher Training for primary education is presented. Its purpose is that teachers develop it in cooperative groups, teaching skills and critical thinking with regard to the relationship between gender and sustainable development. Activities are conducted in accordance with the learning cycle of Karplus and the Gender and Environment Index is analyzed. The results show the possibility of walking towards the development of scientific skills and a favorable thinking about gender equality and societies around the world, further encouraging a critical awareness of the current model of development thinking.
