Résumé

In this article we shall be presenting the relationship between brain-damage and the cognitive processes includes in the PASS Theory of Intelligence (planning, attention, simultaneous and successive) wich are evaluated by means of the CAS test (Cognitive Assesment System). In order of this, 6 subjects suffering from brain damage caused by various reasons, have been selected by means of their case histories. We can therefore evaluate the predictions based on the theory that states that damage to certain functional units of the the brain (frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital lobes and brainstem) produces cognitive deficiencies in the tests, which require the aforementioned cognitive processes to function correctly, like the CAS.
